Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Refunds: Full refunds are available within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, refunds will not be issued, but store credit may be provided.
Store Credit: Store credit, if issued, must be used within 7 days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
• Returned on the same business day if the customer changes their mind.
• Damaged upon delivery or during shipping.
• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receipt for exchanges.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, even if opened.
Flower Care Responsibility
Customers must cut and place flowers in water immediately. Roses should soak for 1-3 hours before removing packaging.
Non-Perishable Items
• In-store purchases: Non-perishable items are non-refundable.
• Online purchases: Refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by weather, delays, or shipping carrier errors.
Claims for Damaged Products
To claim credit for damaged products:
• Report within 24 hours of receipt.
• Provide photos or videos of the damage and packaging.
• Include a written request with invoice number, product details, and claim amount.
Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes you must deliver your arrangements to customers. If you use flowers but some were damaged and could not be used, please let us know. We will work with you to find a resolution.
